For The Beacon’s Settlement Launch, purchases within the game will be with Ether (ETH) on the Arbitrum One network.
There are 3 major ways of getting ETH into your wallet and available on the Arbitrum One network.
Transfer ETH from a centralized exchange to Arbitrum One
If you have funds on some centralized exchanges (CEXs) like Binance or Crypto.com, you will be able to withdraw ETH directly to the Arbitrum One network. For other CEXs like Coinbase, you can use a tool like Layerswap to bridge any withdrawn funds to Arbitrum One. We think using a CEX is the easiest route to take. See instructions below:
Bridging ETH from Ethereum mainnet onto Arbitrum One
If you do not have access to a centralized exchange that can directly withdraw to Arbitrum One, and you have easy access to ETH funds on Ethereum mainnet, we recommend bridging as an option. Note that you will be paying an Ethereum mainnet gas fee to perform the bridging. See instructions below:
Buy ETH on Arbitrum One directly with fiat
There are several fiat on-ramp solutions that can deposit ETH funds directly onto the Arbitrum One network. The downside to convenience is the generally higher fees charged by the on-ramps. See instructions below:
