During setup from a fresh install of MetaMask, click 'Import Wallet'
Enter your Secret Recovery Phrase and a new password. Then click “Import”.
Perhaps you are not new to MetaMask and have it installed on a different browser or device. You can choose to import the wallets connected to your previous MetaMask client into your newly downloaded/installed MetaMask client.

Recovering the wallets associated with your MetaMask client will result in only the first account wallet being auto-loaded into MetaMask. Do not fear! If you have funds in other MetaMask account wallets, they are not lost, even if they don’t appear post-recovery. Please see the official documentation from MetaMask (linked below) on how to show those other MetaMask account wallets.
